Snow Emergency Declared
The City of Gibbon has declared a Snow Emergency starting on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. All vehicles must be removed from Emergency Snow routes or be towed. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect until 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
The City will focus on keeping emergency snow routes clear before moving into residential neighborhoods. As a courtesy to the plow operators and efficiency of the snow removal process please keep your vehicles off the streets, if possible. According to City Code, snow removed from private property shall not be placed in or upon the public streets, alleys, sidewalks or public ways
